Magnetic Coolant Separator

MAXIMA  Manufacture all type of Permanent Magnetic Coolant Separator. Is composed of permanent magnetic roller, rubber roller, gear motor, casing body and scraping plate. The casing body is fabricated in thick sheet steel. The magnetic roller is slotted type with powerful magnetic rings, which produces 30 mm strong magnetic field around the magnetic roller. Very fine ferrous particles will be caught without slipping. The magnetic roller will not lose its magnetic strength even after number of years of use. MAXIMA permanent magnetic coolant separator is widely used applications such as face grinding machine, internal and external grinding machine and centerless grinding machine, where coolant mixed with powdery ferrous impurities needs to be purified.

• A sturdy welded M.S Frame / S.S Frame.
• The magnets enclosed in stainless steel drum having powerful  an-isotropic ferrite magnet with uniform magnetics field all along the circumference.
• A neoprence rubber roller with cover bearings.
• A stainless steel blade with adjustments for an efficient scrapping of the sludge.
• An electric motor working 440V with reduction gear revolving the drum at about 6.5 RPM.
