November 1995-Established as “Bhiwadi Knitting’s Pvt. Ltd.” for manufacturing Seamless Knitted Gloves and Industrial Garments in the Industrial of Bhiwadi. August 2002- Built 2nd factory at IMT Manesar, Gurgaon, and established Shima Seiki, Japan Fully Computerized Seamless Knitted Glove Machines. The name changed to “Perfect Gloves & Work wears Pvt. Ltd.” January 2006- Built 3rd factory In the Industrial Area of Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) for manufacturing Professional Shoes/Boots on Direct Injection Machines from DESMA, Germany June 2009- Started Exporting of Safety Shoes to Europe and name of the company changed to Prosafe International Private Limited
