TOPTEK Laser is an innovative high-tech manufacture specializing in laser machines(Smart laser welding and cleaning solutions,laser cutting machines, laser marking machines). Professional Technical Team

Our chief technical engineer has devoted himself to laser technology for more than 20 years and there are 15 engineers, including mechanical engineers, electric engineers, industrial engineers, process engineers . 

We firmly believe that “Perfection comes from attitude”, so the precise instruments like laser interferometer, collimator, ballbar are indispensible in our factory. Every step must be strictly designed and evaluated to guarantee the precision and strength.

Production and QC Team

â‘  Standard production factory covers 30,000 sqm.  150 units production capacity per month is a great and fast support to all customers.

â‘¡All products must be strictly tested 3 times before delivery: raw material test, online test and finishing test. We must control all minor problems in our factory, rather than in your factory.

â‘¢TUV Test, Italian CE Test , FDA Test etc, it is certain that these certificates and standard sacrifice some time and cost, but we believe they are worth it .

Warranty

Warranty period: TOPTEK provides 2 years warranty for whole machine. During  the warranty period,TOPTEK is responsible for free repairs and replacement of parts and components (except for consumables such as conductive fibers, lens and nozzles) that fall within the scope of the warranty. Due to buyer’s entrusting a third party to disassemble and repair the machine, abnormal power supply, bad working environment etc. and external factors that cause machine failure or machine damage are not included in the free warranty.

如遇设备故障（人为损坏或不可抗拒因素除外），TOPTEK将在24小时内做出响应，并通过电话、电子邮件、互联网等方式提供支持。

TOPTEK 保证机器在材料和工艺上没有缺陷。此保证不适用于以下任何情况：(1) 遭受误用、疏忽、事故或滥用，  

(2) 以任何方式不当修理、改动或修改，以及 

(3)违反说明使用

任何人不得拆卸激光源，否则激光源将不在保修范围内。
